Hotel Accommodation & Conference Events Tender
British Council Lebanon has launched a tender to sign framework agreements with different hotels in Lebanon in addition to country clubs and village clubs.
The British Council is looking to sign a framework agreement with five hotels: 3 hotels in Beirut and 2 in North Lebanon, additionally to 3 locations out of Beirut which would include country clubs, village clubs, or ecotourism sites, that cover the below requirements. The British Council will have the right to use the services of the selected hotels for any number of events and visits during the contract period. These services shall include:
- Accommodation in single rooms
- Conference & Events
- Security requirements must be at standard
- A pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests
The awarded contracts will be for a duration of one year with an option for an extension for up to one additional year.
