Are you a young content creation enthusiast with a passion for storytelling and a desire to amplify diverse voices in our society? If so, we invite you to apply for our Youth Connect Workshop and Content Creation Program, where creativity knows no bounds, and diversity is celebrated.
About the project:
The project’s overall focus is to counter discrimination and promote greater diversity in media coverage of marginalized racial and ethnic communities and underrepresented and vulnerable groups and to promote a positive image (cities, narratives..), hence, it is a more diverse, open, positive and inclusive Lebanese public sphere with increased participation of young women and men from diverse and marginalized backgrounds to generate and disseminate content that matters to them, and which is aligned with several aspects of human rights
Through this program, you will have the opportunity to:
- Acquire content creation skills, and how to Integrate of a cultural relations approach with digital peacebuilding strategies.
- Impartation of skills in social media mapping and utilizing AI advancements to create diverse content efficiently.
- Access seed funding/small grants once you complete the training sessions, Al; plan and implement your small-scale project within a team.
- Upscale your skills by connecting with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and media organizations for an internship while developing and implementing your digital project/initiative.
- Collaborate with like-minded peers and organisations who share your passion for storytelling.
- Amplify voices from marginalized groups and communities.
Eligibility criteria:
- Reside in Lebanon.
- Aged between 18 and 30 years.
- A passion for content creation and storytelling.
- Number of followers to be above 5,000 or interesting featured content
- Passionate about driving positive change in your community.
- Ability to commit to the full program duration.

Selection Process:
A diverse and inclusive selection committee will review all applications and shortlist candidates based on their creativity, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and potential to make a positive impact through content creation.

- Participation is free of charge. Transport incentive will be provided.
