Field Coordinator - Strengthening Resilience Project

Qualifications, skills and experience: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing projects in community development, working with youth, working in divided communities in Tripoli.

• Capacity-building of community partners and volunteers to facilitate and manage development plans with young people

• Working with and sustaining relationships with a range of stakeholders from the public, private and NGO sectors 

• Analysing requirements with stakeholders, defining, planning, revising, implementing, and evaluation 

• Track record in identifying risks and suggesting mitigating actions.

• Project reporting against a range of criteria, as required by the client

• Financial management and reporting: uses resources efficiently in own role and complies with financial rules and procedures.

• Demonstrating initiative, organises own work over weeks and months, or plans ahead for others, taking account of priorities as well ability to work as part of a dispersed team.
